Mr. Milles is a leader in the legal community who is passionate about leveling the playing field for those suffering from personal injuries. He is a past President of the Tallahassee Bar Association and past President of the Capital City Justice Association. He is also an Eagle member of the Florida Justice Association and an active member of the Trial Lawyer Section of the Florida Bar.  Mr. Milles has been appointed by the Circuit Court as a Civil Traffic Infraction Hearing Officer. He regularly presents at legal education seminars and has made appearances on WCTV’s LawCall.

Mr. Milles is a trial attorney based in Tallahassee, Florida since 1999.  He began his legal career with the Office of the Public Defender, Second Judicial Circuit and gained invaluable trial experience at the Public Defender’s office.  Since 2001, Mr. Milles has concentrated his law practice on medical malpractice, personal injury, and wrongful death.  He is a seasoned litigator with an extensive background in complex and multi-jurisdictional cases.

He has been lead counsel in virtually every type of personal injury or medical negligence related civil action, including cases involving hospital negligence, nursing home abuse, motorcycle accidents, car accidents, motor vehicle accidents, amputations, broken bones, spinal cord injuries, truck accidents, wrongful death, premises liability, and negligent security.  Mr. Milles has successfully represented hundreds of clients throughout the Southeast.

Mr. Milles is devoted to the Tallahassee community and has a life-long dedication to community service.  Upon graduation from George Washington University Law School, he was awarded an Equal Justice Foundation Grant in recognition of his commitment to Equal Justice.  He served on the legislative staff of United States Senator Joseph R. Biden where he was the liaison between the Senator and public safety organizations.  Mr. Milles routinely provides pro bono legal services to less fortunate members of our community through the Legal Aid Foundation.
